Das Regelwerk des PlayInfinity.net-Forums


§1 Gültigkeit des Regelwerks

(1) Mit dem Registrieren im PlayInfinity-Forum akzeptierst du das gesamte Regelwerk, welches hier aufgelistet wird. Du bist verpflichtet dich daran zu halten und auch Änderungen des Regelwerks eigenständig in Erfahrung zu bringen.
(2) Teammitglieder dürfen frei entscheiden, wie lange sie jemanden aus dem Forum sperren.
(3) Die Ausrede: "Ich habe das nicht gewusst.”, schützt dich keinesfalls vor einer Strafe.​

§2 Strafen

(1) Eine Strafe wird erst bei einem Regelverstoß ausgesprochen.
(2) Mögliche Strafen sind:

1. Entfernung des Forum-Accounts
2. Entfernung der Beiträge
3. Erhalt einer temporären oder permanente Forensperre​

(3) Teammitglieder sanktionieren stets mit entsprechendem Grund.​

§3 Profilbilder

(1) Rassistische, pornografische, rechtsextreme und beleidigende Profilbilder sind im gesamten Forum verboten. Auch Beleidigungen in anderen Sprachen sind untersagt.
(2) In Profil-/bildern sollte keine Werbung enthalten sein.
(3) Die Nutzung von Bildern Fremder sowie Personen des öffentlichen Lebens sind untersagt. Ausnahmen davon sind Bilder von Versammlungen und jene, auf denen die Person nur als Beiwerk erscheint.

§4 Werbung und sonstige Links

(1) Werbung/Serverwerbung ist in allen Formen verboten.

Als verbotene Werbung zählt:
- Links zu fremden Webseiten, welche keinen großen Bekanntheitsgrad haben (z. B. ist www.minecraft.net nicht betroffen, da alle diese Website kennen).
- Links und das Nennen von fremden Streaming-Dienst-Accounts, sowie deren Inhalte (z. B. YouTube, Twitch, etc.).
- Links und das Nennen von fremden Social-Media-Accounts, sowie deren Inhalte (z. B. Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Links zu einem Screenshot, auf welchem eine der aufgeführten verbotenen Werbungen zu sehen ist (Werbung auf einem Screenshot muss vorher unkenntlich gemacht werden).
- Links und das Werben für verbotene Modifikationen/Accountverkäufe.

Als verbotene Serverwerbung zählt:
- Adressen von fremden Minecraft-Servern.
- Adressen von fremden TeamSpeak-Servern.
- Einladungslinks oder Einladungscodes von fremden Discord-Servern.
- Werbetreibende Namen, welche den Namen eines anderen Minecraft-, TeamSpeak- oder Discord-Servers beinhalten.

Ausnahmen, welche keine Werbung darstellen:
- Alle Adresses und Links, welche zu PlayInfinity.net gehören.
- Links und das Nennen von offiziellen Streaming-Dienst-Accounts und Social-Media-Accounts von PlayInfinity.net.
- Links zu Screenshots, auf welchen keine verbotene Werbung zu erkennen ist.
- Der Link und das Nennen zu Websiten mit großem Bekanntheitsgrad ist erlaubt (z. B. www.minecraft.net).
- Das Nennen einer fremden und ohne großem Bekanntheitsgrad beständigen Website ist erlaubt, jedoch nicht der Link zu dieser.
- Das Nennen eines fremden Minecraft-, TeamSpeak- oder Discord-Server ist erlaubt, jedoch nicht die Adresse dazu.
- Als werbetreibender Name ist kein Name zu verstehen, welcher ein "YT" bzw. "YouTube" in seinem Namen stehen hat.
- Es sind alle Links, Adressen und Nennungen von Websiten, Minecraft Servern, TeamSpeak Servern, Discord Servern, Streaming-Dienst-Accounts und Social-Media-Accounts im Abteil "Persönliche Details" unter dem Punkt "Homepage" erlaubt.
- Es sind alle Links, Adressen und Nennungen von Websiten, Minecraft Servern, TeamSpeak Servern, Discord Servern, Streaming-Dienst-Accounts und Social-Media-Accounts im Abteil "Kontaktdetails" unter den Punkten Skype, Facebook und Twitter erlaubt.
- E-Mail Adressen gelten nicht als Werbung.

§5 Beiträge/Themen

(1) In einem Beitrag bzw. Thema sollte kein User (oder sonstige Personen) beleidigt werden. Bei Zuwiderhandlung folgen Konsequenzen.
(2) Das Erstellen von Beiträgen & Profilnachrichten in einer kurzen Zeitspanne ist verboten.
(3) Drohungen jeglicher Art sind untersagt.
(4) Die Caps-Funktion ist in sämtlichen Bereichen des Forums zu unterlassen.
(5) Urheberrechtlich geschützte Inhalte dürfen nur mit der ausdrücklichen Erlaubnis des Urhebers im Forum veröffentlicht werden.
(6) Sarkastische Äußerungen sollen auch als solche gekennzeichnet werden, um Missverständnisse bereits im Voraus zu vermeiden.​

§6 Allgemeines

(1) Doppelungen von Themen sind nach Möglichkeit zu vermeiden.
(2) Deine Themen sollten in verständlicher Sprache geschrieben werden. Am besten eignet sich Deutsch oder Englisch.
(3) Verwirrende oder irreführende Themen können von den Teammitgliedern gelöscht werden.
(4) Vor der Erstellung deines Themas sollte das richtige Unterforum gewählt werden.
(5) Sobald ein Thema geklärt ist, kann der Themenersteller beantragen, dass das Thema geschlossen wird. Teammitglieder dürfen es ebenfalls selbstständig schließen.
(6) Das “Pushen” von Beiträgen/Profilnachrichten (auch durch Likes) ist zu unterlassen.
(7) Jeder Spieler darf über lediglich einen Account im Forum verfügen. Der Besitz mehrerer Accounts ist nicht gestattet und wird entsprechend geahndet. Banumgehung wirkt sich auf alle Accounts eines Spielers aus.
(8) Die Vortäuschung eines Regelverstoßes oder auf mutwilliger Art und Weise einen Ban zu provozieren ist verboten.
(9) Das Teilen von einem Account unter mehreren Personen (Account-Sharing) ist verboten.

§7 Bewerbungen und Entbannungsanträge

(1) In beiden Bereichen gilt nach dem Erstellen eines Themas eine 2 Monate lange Sperre.
(2) Sollte diese Sperre nicht eingehalten werden, so werden dementsprechende Konsequenzen aus §2 Strafen gezogen.
(3) Alle Angaben in einem Entbannungsantrag und in einer Bewerbung müssen wahrheitsgemäß sein. Beim absichtlichen Tätigen von Falschangaben kann eine Sperre aus dem Forum und die Ablehnung des Antrags / der Bewerbung die Folge sein.​

§8 Weisungsrecht

(1) Das PlayInfinity Serverteam hat das Hausrecht und kann ohne Angaben von Gründen jederzeit davon Gebrauch machen.
(2) Anweisungen der Teammitglieder ist Folge zu leisten.
(3) Teammitglieder behalten sich das Recht vor, eine Sanktion gegen einen Spieler auszusprechen, dessen Betragen nicht mit den allgemeinen Normen des Verhaltens übereinstimmt, auch, wenn bis dahin der konkrete Regelbruch nicht im Regelwerk genannt ist.​

The rules of the PlayInfinity.net-Forum


§1 Validity of the rules

(1) By registering on the PlayInfinity forum, you accept the entire rules listed here. You are obligated to follow them and to find out about any changes to the rules on your own.
(2) Team members are able to freely decide how long they ban someone from the forum.
(3) The excuse: "I had no idea." in no case protects you from punishment in the case of a a rule violation.​

§2 Punishments

(1) A punishment will only be given if there is a rule violation.


(2) Possible punishments are:

1. Removal of the forum account
2. Removal of the articles
3. Receiving of a temporary or permanent ban from the forum​

(3) Team members always sanction with appropriate reason.​

§3 Profile pictures

(1) Racist, pornographic, right-wing extremist, and insulting profile pictures are forbidden in the whole forum. Insults in other languages are prohibited too.
(2) Profile-/pictures shouldn’t contain advertisment.
(3) The use of pictures of other people and public figures is prohibited. Exceptions to this are pictures of meetings and those in which the person appears only as an incidental feature.

§4 Advertising and other links

(1) Advertising/server advertising is prohibited in all forms.

Prohibited advertising counts as:
- Links to external websites which do not have a high profile (e.g. www.minecraft.net is not affected because everyone knows this website).
- Links and the naming of external streaming service accounts, as well as their content (e.g. YouTube, Twitch, etc.).
- Links to and mentioning of external social media accounts, as well as their content (e.g. Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Links to a screenshot on which one of the listed prohibited advertisements can be seen (advertisements on a screenshot must be made unrecognizable first).
- Links and advertising of prohibited modifications/account sales.

Prohibited server advertising counts as:
- Addresses of other people's Minecraft servers.
- Addresses of external TeamSpeak servers.
- Invitation links or invitation codes from other people's Discord servers.
- Advertising names that include the name of another Minecraft, TeamSpeak or Discord server.

Exceptions, which are not advertising:
- All addresses and links which belong to PlayInfinity.net.
- Links and mentioning of official streaming service accounts and social media accounts of PlayInfinity.net.
- Links to screenshots on which no prohibited advertising can be seen.
- Linking and mentioning to websites with high popularity is allowed (e.g. www.minecraft.net).
- Mentioning a foreign website that is not well known is allowed, but not the link to it.
- Mentioning a foreign Minecraft, TeamSpeak or Discord server is allowed, but not the address to it.
- A name that has a "YT" or "YouTube" in its name is not considered as advertising.
- All links, addresses and mentions of websites, Minecraft servers, TeamSpeak servers, Discord servers, streaming service accounts and social media accounts are allowed in the "Personal Details" section below the "Homepage" item.
- All links, addresses and mentions of websites, Minecraft servers, TeamSpeak servers, Discord servers, streaming service accounts and social media accounts are allowed in the "Contact Details" section under the Skype, Facebook and Twitter headings.
- Email addresses are not considered advertising.

§5 Articles/Topics

(1) No user (or other person) should be offended in a post or topic. There are consequences if you violate this rule.
(2) Creating posts & profile messages in a short period of time is prohibited.
(3) Threats of any kind are prohibited.
(4) The Caps function is to be refrained in all areas of the forum.
(5) Content with copyrights may only be published in the forum with the express permission of the copyright owner.
(6) Sarcastic comments should also be marked as such in order to avoid misunderstandings in advance.​

§6 General

(1) Duplication of topics should be avoided.
(2) Your topics should be written in understandable language. German or English is suited best.
(3) Confusing or misleading topics can be deleted by team members.
(4) Before creating your topic, the correct sub-forum should be selected.
(5) Once a topic has been clarified, the topic creator can request that the topic gets closed. Team members may also close it independently.
(6) The "pushing" of posts/profile messages (also through likes) is prohibited.
(7) Each player may only have one account in the forum. Having multiple accounts is not permitted and will be punished accordingly. Bypassing a ban affects all accounts of a player.
(8) It is forbidden to pretend a rule violation or to provoke a ban in any way.
(9) Sharing an account among several people (account sharing) is prohibited.

§7 Applications and unban requests

(1) In both areas, there is a 2 month lock after a topic is created.
(2) If this lock is not respected, consequences will be drawn accordingly from §2 Punishments.
(3) All information provided in a unban request and application must be truthful. In case you intentionally provide false information, you may be banned from the forum and your application may be rejected.​

§8 Right of instruction

(1) The PlayInfinity server team has the right of domicile and can make use of it at any time without giving reasons.
(2) Instructions from team members must be followed.
(3) Team members keep the right to pronounce a sanction against a player whose behavior does not correspond to the general norms of conduct, even if by then the specific violation of the rules is not mentioned in the rules.​
